de facto
デ・ファクト(ラテン語: de facto、デファㇰト)とは、「事実上の」という意味を表す、ラテン語表現に由来する言葉。政府、技術標準、言語などについて、法令上や規格上でなく、慣習的に標準化されている状態を表すのに使用される。対義語は、 「法令上の」という意味の de jure (デ・ユーレ)。
In general Japan has long had a de fact immigration policy of allowing foreigneer to work only in jobs that Japanese supporsedly cannnot do,such as English teachers,foreign cuisine chefs,hairdressers for black customers,buyers for Western art,etc.,in order to keep the Japanese unemployment rate low.
